Most web designers build your site and move on. WD Explored is different — I stay involved. That means regular performance reviews, SEO monitoring, security updates, and someone who actually notices when something isn’t working before you do.
If your current designer is responsive, proactive, and measuring your results — brilliant, stick with them. If you’re not sure when you last heard from them, it might be worth a conversation.

Not at all. I’m based in Bournemouth, but I work with businesses across the UK. Everything is handled online — video calls, shared documents, screen shares — so location is never a barrier.
That said, if you’re a Dorset-based business and want to meet in person occasionally, that’s always an option too.
Most new websites are live within 6 to 10 weeks. It depends on the complexity of the project, how quickly content is ready, and how much feedback goes back and forth. I’ll always give you a realistic timeline before we start — no vague promises.
For smaller jobs like audits, tweaks or SEO work, turnaround is usually much faster. We’ll agree this before anything begins.
